The built-in help may be found on the main LibreOffice download page:
http://www.libreoffice.org/download/
There is the corresponding link that reads "LibreOffice built-in help".
If you need, you may change language there using link "Change the language", or
change version using links just below.
This is not a valid bug report. Closing as INVALID. But if you feel that there
is a problem with the web site, please reopen it and leave a comment describing
the problem in detail. Thank you.
