Description:
After updating LibreOffice to version 26.8, tab names across the interface
(Like File - Home - Insert ...) remain in English despite setting the user
interface language to Arabic. Prior to version 26.8, these tab titles were
properly localized into Arabic.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the User Interface language to Arabic (Tools > Options > Language
Settings > Languages).
2. Restart LibreOffice.
3. Observe the tab titles in the user interface.
Actual Results:
Tab titles remain displayed in English.
Expected Results:
Tab titles should be localized and displayed in Arabic matching the selected UI
language.
