Minimal 1-slide reproducer presentation (.pptx)

Description:
When opening a PPTX deck containing embedded video, LibreOffice Impress treats
the video container as a static picture (the fallback poster frame) rather than
an interactive media shape. No playback controls appear, and the video cannot
be triggered during a slide show.

The issue does not appear to be a backend codec or AVFoundation failure, but
rather an OOXML import filter issue where modern Office 2010+ media extensions
(<p14:media>) are ignored in favor of legacy fallback shapes (<p:pic>).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached sample PPTX presentation in LibreOffice Impress.
2. Navigate to the slide containing the embedded video.
3. Attempt to play the video in edit mode or launch Slide Show (Shift + F5).

Actual Results:
The video area is rendered purely as a static image (poster frame labeled with
the video title/number). No media playback bar appears, and clicking the object
has no effect.

Expected Results:
Impress should recognize the embedded MP4 payload, bind it to an interactive
media shape, and enable playback via the native multimedia backend
(AVFoundation / GStreamer).

Diagnostic Notes & Verification:
1. Underlying media stream:
   - Extracted `ppt/media/media8.mp4` directly from the PPTX archive.
   - Stream metadata: H.264 video (yuv420p) + AAC audio.
   - `mdls -name kMDItemCodecs` reports standard ("H.264", "MPEG-4 AAC").
   - File plays cleanly in QuickTime Player and other native macOS decoders.

2. Media engine verification in Impress:
   - Opened a new blank presentation in LibreOffice Impress.
   - Inserted the extracted `media8.mp4` via Insert > Media > Audio or Video...
   - Playback worked as expected with full video and audio in both edit mode
and Slide Show mode.
   - Confirms the local multimedia pipeline works; the failure is restricted to
the PPTX import filter.

3. OOXML Structure / Probable Root Cause:
   - Inside `ppt/slides/slideX.xml`, the video object is represented as a
`<p:pic>` element wrapping a legacy fallback image, while the actual video
linkage is held inside the modern extension list `<p:extLst>` under the
`<p14:media>` element pointing to the media rId in `slideX.xml.rels`.
   - The PPTX import filter appears to drop the `<p14:media>` binding during
parse time, falling back exclusively to the static `<p:pic>` DrawingML shape.
