Actual Behaviour:
Currently, when applying a background colour using the "Area" tab within a
Paragraph Style (e.g. Table Heading) inside a table, the colour only applies to
the text lines' bounding box. It leaves the cell's padding/margins uncoloured.
Request:
Please introduce a feature or property within Paragraph Styles, or a true "Cell
Style" system for Writer, that allows a background fill to expand and
completely fill the table cell area from border to border, overriding cell
padding limitations.
