Looking at the video: Do you mean the mnemonics work fine in the menu, but not in the "Format" -> "Character" dialog, tab page "Position"? That's something I can reproduce with the kf6 or gen/x11 vcl plugins. But it seems to be completely independent of how that dialog was triggered. Also, other than the "Position" tab page, the "Font" or "Font Effects" tab pages of the same dialog have mnemonics, so it seems to be a problem specific to the "Position" tab page (and maybe others, but not a general problem). Is that the same for you or do you see different behavior?
