Description:
In the 26.8 appimage, when using the tabbedCompact interface, the option to
remove icons is not longer available through the customize menu. It was
available in 26.2.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select tabbedCompact UI
2. Select Customize menu option
3. Notebookbars option on the left no longer exists
Actual Results:
Cannot tick / untick icons shown on tabbedCompact UI
Expected Results:
Under 26.2, the Notebookbar option exists and it is possible to untick icons
you do not want to appear.

User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
The Notebookbar option should exist, as it did in 26.2.
