Description:
The user interface selection dialog (in the menu: "View"/"User Interface...")
there is a "preview" section. However, it does not actually show a "preview" of
the interface but an illustration of the interface paradigm or basic function.
This seems to confuse users who seem to expect the look of the illustration
(which looks nice, but also might not work great as an actual interface, not to
mention the technological limitation if we wanted to implement it)

Steps to Reproduce:
In the menu of a LibreOffice application, go to View/User Interface...
Actual Results:
There is a selection on the left side and on the right there is a visualization
of the interface and an explanation of it. The visualization is called
"preview".
Expected Results:
We might want to label the right-hand side with the illustration and short text
"explanation", since this is what text and illustration do.
