Verified with commit 7f398acee46f5363aecf644fe8669b855700ba08. Confirmed: - ODF -> PPTX exports the hyperlink name as the OOXML tooltip. - PPTX -> ODF preserves it as office. - A hyperlink without a name does not produce an empty tooltip. - PDF/UA export writes the hyperlink name to the annotation’s /Contents.
