The problem is that the undo fuction does not work properly when you accidentally delete a sheet. If you had referenced the deleted sheet from another sheet, these references are broken (obviously). When you then use the undo function, the deleted sheet will be restored, but the broken references will not. The formulas on other sheets will still contain #REF! instead of the reference to the restored sheet.
