This helps to be more consistent with other platform/toolkit widgets, reduces custom logic and e.g. also fixes the issue of continual resizing (sometimes) seen when using the qt6 vcl plugin with native Qt widgets (SAL_VCL_QT_USE_WELDED_WIDGETS=1). ColorWindow is used e.g. in the "Border" tab page of Writer's "Format" -> "Page Style" dialog, for the popup that gets shown when clicking on the "listbox" labelled "Color". For gtk3 in a Plasma Wayland session, the content of the popup is sometimes cut off at the bottom, but that is preexisting and also happens without this change in place. It's not a problem when using XWayland by starting with the GDK_BACKEND=x11 environment variable set. Adjust an existing theme color UI test accordingly (Use 0-based instead of 1-based index, press "Return" to activate the previously selected entry.)
