Description:
When loading an SVG image into a dialog control, it appears shifted by 0.5pt at
the bottom right corner.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Basic-IDE.
2. Insert Button Form in Parent Dialog.
Insert SVG Image in Button.
The SVG below is a square with the width of the blue border set to 0.5pt to
make the 0.5pt deviation clear.

Actual Results:
3. I can't see the blue line on the right side and bottom.
For example, if you insert it into a Calc sheet by drag and drop, it will be
displayed correctly.
Expected Results:
3. Four blue lines will appear.

I don't know the exact number, but it seems to be off by about 0.5 points.
SVG with display position shifted 0.5pt to the bottom right
When inserted into a dialog button, it displays as intended, but in general
display, the blue line at the top left is missing.

If you expand the display position by 0.5pt to the bottom right, it is possible
to display it either way.
