You can reproduce the bug in earlier versions by: -rotate the image -change the anchor position -also change ever so slightly the height or the width (make sure you press tab or enter to have the value change take effect) The same thing will occur. You can also avoid the problem by simply opening and OKing the dialog as the first step. (It ever so slightly changes the image size.) The problem with my patch is that it effectively is always true.
