In that point there were two bugs: First, the mask for searching the "atoms" of the line was not matching the complete names of the re.functions after the dot, and second, the expression '(?u)'+ inserted in the line when all the other strings were already replaced with variables, was being processed incorrectly and a parenthesis was being inserted in a wrong place, so I replaced that expression with a string variable to avoid the quotes.
