LibreOffice Writer hangs when attempting to open the attached DOCX document.

The issue is reproducible on both Linux and Windows. After opening the
document, LibreOffice becomes unresponsive and does not recover. The process
has to be terminated manually.

The same DOCX file can be opened in Microsoft Word.

Steps to reproduce:

Start LibreOffice Writer.

Select File → Open.

Select the attached DOCX file.

Wait for the document to open.

Actual result:
LibreOffice becomes unresponsive while opening the document. The application
remains hung indefinitely and has to be terminated manually.

Expected result:
The DOCX document should open successfully, or LibreOffice should report an
error instead of hanging.

Reproducibility:
Always / 100%.

Operating systems tested:

Linux: Ubuntu 24

Windows: Windows 10
