            Bug ID: 173825
Summary: UI: Update Colibre icon theme to match current
                    LibreOffice application icons
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
The current application icons for LibreOffice have been updated, but the
Colibre icon theme still uses legacy icons for document actions (such as the
"New Document" icons). For example, the Writer "New Document" icon is still
displayed as a white sheet with a blue border, making visual identification
difficult and making it hard to distinguish between Writer, Calc, Impress, and
Draw. We propose updating the Colibre icon theme so that action/document icons
align with the current visual identity of LibreOffice applications.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice (any module, e.g., Writer or Calc).
2. Ensure the icon theme is set to Colibre (Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice ->
View -> Icon Theme).
3. Observe the toolbar icons for creating new documents (e.g., "New" / document
type icons).

Actual Results:
Colibre icon theme displays legacy icons (e.g., a white page with a blue
outline for Writer), which do not match the current application branding and
reduce visual clarity.

Expected Results:
The Colibre icon theme should be updated to reflect the current application
icon designs, making visual recognition easier and maintaining design
consistency across the UI.

Reproducible: Always
