Description:
Since 26.8, I can't change the toolbar color to dark. The background keeps its
greenish color in Calc, blueish in Writer and so on.
In 26.2.5 I was able to apply a different theme to the toolbars correctly.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click LibreOffice/Settings
2. Go to Appearance
3. Choose a theme in 'LibreOffice Themes'
Actual Results:
Background behind table or sheet changes.
Toolbar maintains application specific color.
Expected Results:
Toolbar shall become dark in all applications.
Reproducible: Always
