The file contains the adjustment value adj1=-1480600000. The definition of "curvedConnector3" in presetShapeDefinitions.xml calculates the associated handle position as x2 = w * adj /100000. As the width of the shape is 360 EMU this result in x2 = -14.806cm. As the shape is rotated by 270deg, the actual direction is downwards.
