            Bug ID: 173953
Summary: Switching colour palettes results in an incorrect
                    scrollbar range and palette position
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.8.1.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
After switching to another colour palette, the scrollbar displayed alongside
the palette and the palette itself do not behave as expected.

The scrollbar becomes as short as the height of a single row of the palette,
and can only be moved down to approximately the third row. In addition, the
palette itself is shifted too far upwards, leaving only the last row visible.

Reopening the palette restores the expected behaviour: the scrollbar becomes
longer and can be moved all the way to the bottom, displaying 10 rows of
colours.

This issue does not occur in LO 26.2.4.2, so it may have been introduced when
the colour palettes were modified in LO 26.8.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a colour palette by any method
(e.g. "Font Colour" on the Formatting toolbar).
2. Select a colour palette (e.g. "Custom" or "Freecolour HLC").
3. Select the "Material" colour palette.
4. Try to move the palette's scrollbar all the way to the bottom.

Actual Results:
- The scrollbar is too short
(equivalent to the height of a single row of the palette).
- The scrollbar can only be moved down to approximately the third row of the
palette.
- The palette is shifted too far upwards, leaving only the last row visible.

Expected Results:
- The scrollbar has a length appropriate for the number of colours in the
palette.
- The scrollbar can be moved all the way to the bottom.
- The palette displays 10 rows of colours when the scrollbar is moved all the
way to the bottom.
