Description:
in 26.8 changing directly "writing mode" and re-applying a style with different
writing mode does not remove the direct formatting. this has been working fine
under 26.2.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a para with style A, writing mode LTR
2. apply on a para that style
3. directly change writing mode to RTL on that para
4 re-apply style A
Actual Results:
writing mode does not change
Expected Results:
writing mode reset to style
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
