Description:
LibreOffice Writer 26.8.1.1 on Windows.
When text is copied from a Copilot chat in Microsoft Edge and pasted into
LibreOffice Writer using the normal Ctrl+V command, German umlauts become
corrupted.
Example:

Reproducible:
1. Open Copilot chat in Microsoft Edge.
2. Copy a response containing German umlauts.
3. Paste into LibreOffice Writer using Ctrl+V.
Result:
Umlauts are corrupted.
Additional observations:
- Paste Special -> Unformatted Text: OK
- Paste Special -> Markdown: OK
- Paste Special -> HTML: FAILS
- Microsoft Notepad: OK
- Firefox -> Writer: OK
- Chrome -> Writer: OK
- Opera -> Writer: OK
- Brave -> Writer: OK
- Edge -> normal web pages -> Writer: OK
The issue seems specific to HTML clipboard data from Copilot chat in Edge.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Chat in Edge an let it create a text with a German Umlaut (ä,ü,ö,ß)
2.Copy text with Umlaut (Strg+C)
3.Paste into Writer with Strg+V
