--- Comment #2 from [email protected] --- It says in https://books.libreoffice.org/en/WG262/WG26212-Lists.html#toc14 explicitly that it is possible for multiple paragraph styles to be assigned the same outline level. So I think it would make sense for the child paragraph style to inherit the outline level, even if the parent style has the outline level not set explicitly, but implicitly via the Heading Numbering dialog.
