maybe could be implemented as a feature.

Description:
Hi, after Microsoft Publisher went end-of-life I now use LibreOffice draw as a
replacement. It work very great. However I would really enjoy being able to
keep my print settings after manually setting a custom print grid for a card or
similar. (Maybe this already eists but I didn't find it after doing some
research)
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a document
2.Set custom print settings
3.print
Actual Results:
It prints as expected, but everything has to be redone after.
Expected Results:
A toggle to make this the default setting.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
