OK, reproduced. Here's why I did not get the problem: in edit / database /
advanced settings / special settings, I *unset* "Ignore the privileges from the
database driver" and I *set* "Respect the result set type from the database
driver". Which (if/when they work), are the preferred settings anyway, since
they are work-arounds for bugs / incompleteness in the ODBC driver.
