The native-connector should be the best, if it is working in your system. I think that is a problem with the changing of date- and timefields since LO 4.1. You could see the right date and the right time in the view, when you open the view in LO? Could you copy the report and change the copy. Delete all time- and date-fields in the copy and try to execute.
