          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 69179
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
Summary: Scrolling with cursor keys messes up keyboard input
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: aaalmo...@gmail.com
          Hardware: Other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.0.4.2 release
         Component: Spreadsheet
           Product: LibreOffice

When scrolling is too fast compared to rendering (big table with charts on a
slow machine), something breaks in LO's input handling. After that the cursor
keys do weird things, like moving the cursor diagonally, or in the opposite
direction, or the right key moves right 3 times then one to the left, then 3
times right, then left again etc. The same can happen to pgup/pgdown. Sometimes
it's like there is a given chance that the keys do something different than
normally.

In this state other keys behave erratically as well.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open a large table in Calc, preferebly with some charts as well
2. hold the right/down key for a while to let the thing scroll
3. try to move the cursor again with the arrow keys
