How the user created so many styles I don't know or maybe excel creates these styles? But anyway, after deleting the 20000 styles the document was usable. The amount of styles is no doubt extreme and likely unnecessary however LO needs to be able to handle this amount of styles to be better compatibility with the excel file format.
