When using ODBC, need to disable "Use Outer Join syntax '{ OJ }' in Advanced
Settings.
When using native / direct connexion, it is forcefully disabled by the driver
always and the UI to reenable it is disabled (because it would not make any
sense, it is guaranteed not to work). If it is not anymore disabled by the
driver, that is a regression bug.
