STILL BROKEN (BUG reproducible): older v4.0.0.3 on Windows XP and also newest v4.1.1.2 on Windows XP. Nobody will force me to try Vista or 8... So it appears that it remains reproducible on Windows XP only (Does Windows 7 dialog routine return different value on empty list as it did on Windows XP?)
