Simple case:

You are in the middle of a document, in a table, no empty cells. Then:

1) First ctrl-a selects the cell

2) Second ctrl-a selects the table

3) Third ctrl-a selects the whole doc

In case of an empty cell, the first step is skipped, though.

There are two special cases:

1) Normal table starts at the begining of the doc: in that case you can't go
"before" that table, so single ctrl-a selects the whole doc.

2) Table with empty cell at the begining of the doc: this scenario is indeed
problematic, but already tracked as bug 69893.

OK to close this as a dupe of bug 69893?
