Sure, a dialog appears as soon as LO tries to use Java for some reason, but no
Java has been enabled.  And the most likely reason LO tries to use Java when
opening a writer document or when typing into a writer document is some
spell-/grammar-checking extension using Java.

No, bug 69406 is not related to this issue.  (That one is about a regression
temporarily introduced into master towards LO 4.2.)
