Pressing Enter creates an entry on _the same level_ as the previous one. To
move it to another level, one can use <Alt><Shift><Left> / <Alt><Shift><Right>
(one can also use <Alt><Shift><Up> / <Alt><Shift><Down> to move entries in the
outline).
