Hi,
Could you please try to download from another mirror? Here is a list of
mirrors:
http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/4.1.2/win/x86/LibreOffice_4.1.2_Win_x86.msi.mirrorlist
Also please right-click on the file in Explorer, choose 'Properties', open
'Digital Signatures' tab, and click on 'Details'. You should get a new window
with the text 'This digital signature is OK.'. If it's not the case, or you
don't have the 'Digital Signatures' tab at all, then your installation file is
corrupted.
