In the broken fonts the devanagari short 'i' glyphs has mark glyph class though they are spacing marks so IMO should not have this glyph class, and we use this glyph class to signal glyphs whose advance width should be ignored (essentially second guessing the layout engine, which why I consider it a LibreOffice bug).
