I think we're all interested in how we can improve the experience for our
users.

Interesting. We've had a bit of discussion about whether one should have to
login before submitting a bug report or feedback.

How would you address the problem of SPAM if we don't request a user account or
at least an email address? We've had some issues with spam/trolling that could
be exacerbated if we did not have at least some kind of speedbump in place.

One proposal for improving the BSA has been to ask the user several questions
to help categorize the nature of a bug. Your proposed questions could be used
to provide structured information about an attached document.
