This BugFile in its intial state contains only the title ; although you are
asked to provide a meaningful heading, a "Description" with a less "elliptic"
explanation would have been appreciated, along with your name/alias.

I try the following rewording of the title :
- copy cells with large content from Excel, no matter the alignment,
- paste in LibO Calc,
- apply the "justify alignment" to the resulting cells : it works as usual (in
Writer ; wrapping on word breaks ; if a line is too short and there is no word
break inside, the line content is aligned to the left).

Same experiment but with small content (and no word break inside) : the
"justify alignment" results in one line shorter than the cell, so a left
alignment is expected, while a right alignment is observed. I confirm this
wrong behaviour (LibO 4.1.2.3 on Win7).
