it is odd that this build works for you - it shouldn't, because it
fails to instantiate the COM components.

unless you somehow managed to register the UAccCOM.dll in the registry
with regsvr32.exe.  you can search with regedit.exe for UAccCOM.dll
to verify.  perhaps you have some AOO installed on the same system
that did register its dll?  loading that from LO could actually work :)

anyway the problem should be fixed in current builds with commit
732ec36edfd09d2091d70c4d71b5f182fe279c45
