I installed the language pack and help, but pressing F1 or using the menu, always takes me to the website, not the installed help. I have no idea why. The website doesn't seem to have your changes, but then it doesn't seem to cater for different LO versions as far as I can tell (the link I have is https://help.libreoffice.org/swriter/.uno:HelpIndex?Language=en-GB&System=UNIX&Version=4.2#bm_id3149178). It's also somewhat difficult to use.
