Almos, I'm setting this to "OS > Linux" since I cannot reproduce the double
icon on OSX.
I do not have Debian 7.3 wheezy. Could you check if this issue still persists
with LO 4.2.0.1? http://www.libreoffice.org/download/pre-releases/
Setting to NEEDINFO until more detail is provided. Another round of that game,
sorry ;)
After providing the requested info, please reset this bug to UNCONFIRMED or
WORKSFORME should the issue be solved.
