Problem description: If a Page Break is added on a document, there is an
possibility of edit the page break, however when the cursor is over the editing
menu, the menu disappears.

Steps to reproduce:
1. On a new document, write something and add a page break before it.
2. between the two pages, on dotted blue line, take the cursor to the menu to
edit the  page break.
3. wait a second

Current behavior: When the cursor is over the menu, there is no possibility to
use the menu because it disappears.

Expected behavior: The menu don't disappears and the user can edit the page
break.
