However this tracker could be solved from 4.1.2 according to this: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54923#c46 For the test, could you rename your LibreOffice directory Profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Mac_OS_X) and give it a new try? The goal of this test is to detect problems which could be due to some customizations/extensions not compatible anymore with last LibreOffice version. If you still reproduce the problem, could you indicate if you use LazyMouse?
