It appears also on LibreOffice 4.2.0.4 on Debian amd64 (TDF builds) and Windows 7 64-bit (with LibreOffice 4.0.6). But, what might be important, this bug affects only Matlab generated EMF files. EMFs from the GNU/Octave are imported correctly. Two samples are attached - they are generated by the same script. P.S.
