Example of stripping outline numbering from a toc

If tabe of content is added automatically based on outline numbering there is
no space between Chapeter number (E#) and Entery (E). In previous versions the
fix is to right click on table of content, choose Edit index/table and insert
space between chapter number (E#) and Entery (E).

When I add that space in LO 4.2 the outline numbering is stripped, that spaceer
eases chapter numbering for that outline level.

It is possible to right click on a table of content, uncheck Protect against
manula changes, and add the space manually - it works this way.

I attached exeple file: try right click on the table > Edit index/table >
choose tab Enteries and then try add space between Chapter entery (E#) and
Entery (E).
