Priority: medium Bug ID: 74830 Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Summary: Automatically inserted TOC loses numbering if added space between chapter number (e#) and entery (e) Severity: major Classification: Unclassified OS: Linux (All) Reporter: sebetic.krunos...@gmail.com Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) Status: UNCONFIRMED Version: unspecified Component: Writer Product: LibreOffice Created attachment 93850 --> https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=93850&action=edit Example of stripping outline numbering from a toc If tabe of content is added automatically based on outline numbering there is no space between Chapeter number (E#) and Entery (E). In previous versions the fix is to right click on table of content, choose Edit index/table and insert space between chapter number (E#) and Entery (E). When I add that space in LO 4.2 the outline numbering is stripped, that spaceer eases chapter numbering for that outline level. It is possible to right click on a table of content, uncheck Protect against manula changes, and add the space manually - it works this way. I attached exeple file: try right click on the table > Edit index/table > choose tab Enteries and then try add space between Chapter entery (E#) and Entery (E). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
