When you change the component/subcomponent a token it retrieved from the bugzilla-server. The BSA needs that token to be able to save the bugreport. This isn't done yet (takes 2-3 seconds normally) or fails. It can fail due to security-issues. We need to be able to do AJAX-commands to a different url (but still at libreoffice.org). Tools like firebug let you see if the call fails or not. If you are familiar with this tool you can look if it fails, or isn't done yet when you try to submit.
