Idea: version dialogues somehow, and throw away the stored values if they are
for an older version of the same dialogue. This would lead to additional
developer work. Given how the whole minimum-size-changed scenario is more of a
corner case, as dialogues usually only change with major versions (~every half
year), I am not sure that work would be justified.
If the version could be changed automatically somehow (git hook..?), then of
course it might be a viable option.

Two more (fairly common sense) points:
+ dialogues should never be restored smaller than their (current) minimum
  size
+ when users don't change the size of a dialogue, there is no need to store
  dialogue size information
