--- Comment #8 from cxmaster.lvl...@gmail.com --- Created attachment 94433 --> https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=94433&action=edit Pic referenced to in comment This report is a summary of what I think are the most important points this improvement. Currently each master slide applies a single background and text styling to a slide. In other suites, a single 'theme' contains multiple slide backgrounds, each with its own text layout and styling. I downloaded a theme from the a microsoft powerpoint theme library, and as you can see in the attached picture, it loads, though with many interprobility (unsure of spelling of that) errors. If you look at the upper right corner of the attached picture, you can see that each design is displayed as a separate master slide. Though with massive amounts of work it can be worked around, in day to day use, it feels tedious, inefficient, and downright annoying. If a set of designs could be integrated into a single set of master slides, displayed as a theme and with the background being automatically changed with layout (choosing "centered text" layout changes to the background associated with "centered text"). With this upgrade would come the need for separate preset text styling for each layout. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
