Priority: medium Bug ID: 75448 Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Summary: FORMATTING: Re: Spreadsheet version 4.2.1.1 (not listed in drop-down box) Severity: normal Classification: Unclassified OS: Windows (All) Reporter: mintwaxed...@ymail.com Hardware: Other Whiteboard: BSA Status: UNCONFIRMED Version: 4.2.0.4 release Component: Spreadsheet Product: LibreOffice Problem description: After formatting a cell with a chosen date style, the cell acts as if it has no formatting. Steps to reproduce: 1. Type date 2-26-14 into a cell. 2. Right-click the cell and select Format Cells. 3. Under Numbers, Category = Date 4. Select format 12/31/99 5. Click OK Current behavior: Cell does not switch to selected format. Expected behavior: Cell should change from 2-26-14 to 02/26/14 Additional Info: Any date format can be selected but the cell in question does not reflect the format and continues to act as if it has no date formatting. Attempting to copy & paste a date format from another cell produces the same result. Version 4.2.1.1 is not listed in your bug report drop-down box. Update check says I have the most recent spreadsheet version. Operating System: Windows 7 Version: 4.2.0.4 release -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
