Now I use LO 4.2.1.1 on the following OS :
1. Debian 6.0.9 (Squeeze updated) and 3.12.12 linux kernel.
2. Microsoft Windows XP SP 3 32bit.
This bug is present on these two OS.

Some remarks :
Select the A1 cell.
Press the right arrow.
The cursor (i.e. the selected cell) jump directly to A6 cell (sometimes to the
A10 cell) then to the A11 or A12 cell.
When the cursor is on the edge of the window the spread is refreshed and now
all the path of the cursor is visible (ie all the selected cell are visible).

All of this on the same machine (video card ATI Radeon HD 3450 AGP).

OpenOffice 4.0.1 works fine : All the selected cells on the path of the
"cursor" are well visible when I keep the right arrow pressed.
LibreOffice 3.5.4.2 Build ID: 350m1(Build:2) from Debian works also fine.

So I reopen this bug.
