Applications use the window size of the start screen instead of the last used
size of the document.
If you start libre office with the start screen and select a document in the
preview the application (writer for excample) it uses the size of the start
screen.
If you open the document directly it the application use the last used size of
the document.
The right behavior should be that in both cases the application opens with the
last used window size of the document!
