It works for me if the cell is wide enough to have a little empty space after
the hyperlink. In such a case, if you right click on the link you get the
contextual menu of the link and if you right click on the empty space at the
end of the cell, you get the contextual menu of the cell and you can choose the
entry "Show comment".
In version 4.1.5 it is the contextual menu of the link that you can't get.
For me the current behavior is not a bug.
