Image reproducing the issue
This is an issue reported to a local users forum and reproduced with various
versions of most users.
To reproduce:
1. create a new Writer document
2. intert the attached file into the document.
Expected result: a document showing that imagee.
Actual result: a document with a black square.
Various tweaks to the image will render it usable. Not exactly sure which.
